Parent Support

Astrum Multi Academy Trust

Pastoral Team

Welcome to the Astrum Pastoral Team led by Vivienne Curtis.

Other members of the team are:

Sheila Permal - Parent Liaison Officer based at Hatchside School.

Carolyn Dipalma - Health and Welfare Assistant working across all Astrum Provisions.

Sarah Sadler - Health and Welfare Assistant working across all Astrum Provisions.

Jane Holloway - Health and Welfare Assistant working across all Astrum Provisions.

Together we provide support, advice and advocacy on non-educational issues. Working closely with outside agencies such as Social Care, DWP, Charities and Health.  Our aim is to support Parents/Carers to build confident links with school and help combat any barriers to education to enable the very best outcomes for our students.

Some of the ways we may be able to help:

  • Provide information to parents on local services
  • Information on activities for your child in the school holidays and weekends
  • Support at meetings held outside school
  • Completion of forms
  • Contacting other agencies
  • Sleep counselling
We hope to see you at the many events held in school or individually; please contact us via the school offices or email.
